How long will it take to get my order?

Your order is processed 1 to 2 days.  Shipping may take 7 to 21 days. 

Why so long for shipping?

Our warehouse is in California.  If you are on the east coast, it may take ground shipping that long to reach you.

How can I pay for my purchase?

You may use Visa Card, Master Card, Discovery Card, American Express Card or PayPal.

Is your site secure?

Yes!  Our site is hosted on secure servers and our checkout process is encrypted for your protection.

What is your return policy?

Returns and Exchanges
Non-Defective Merchandise
Non-defective merchandise returns must be reported to My Beach Cottage Boutique and returned within 30 days of purchase.  We will give you instructions on how to handle the return.  You can do so by email us. (click here)   
Merchandise must be in its original, minimum inner pack quantity pack such as (candle 4 in a package or set of 4). 
Merchandise and merchandise packaging must not be defaced and be in its original saleable condition.
There is no refund of the original Shipping and handling fees.
Customers will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
Example:          $10.00     Item,
                  20%    minus re-stocking fee
                $8.00       customer refund. 

Do you charge sales tax?

Residents of Oklahoma will pay 8.5% sales tax at checkout.
